Thank you for enrolling in our courses. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your enrollment. By enrolling in our course, you agree to these terms.

1. Course Details

  • Course Duration: Courses consists of 45 hours of instruction, typically spread across a 15-week semester, with classes meeting 3 hours per week.
  • Course Fee: The total course fee is listed. This fee includes access to course materials, lectures, and any online resources provided. The fees will be recalculated upon attendance determination.

2. Enrollment

  • Enrollment in the course is open until the start date of the course, and registration is processed through our official enrollment portal.
  • To secure your place in the course, payment is required during registration, we will look at signup interest.

3. Payment Terms

  • The course fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable, except in cases where the course is canceled by the course provider.
  • Payment can be made via the payment methods provided on the enrollment page, including PayPal, or cash.
  • Failure to make payment or failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the cancellation of your enrollment.

4. Course Content

  • The course will include 45 hours of direct instruction, which may be a combination of in-person classes and online resources.
  • All course materials provided during the course (e.g., lecture notes, slides, exercises, etc.) are the intellectual property of the instructor or course provider and cannot be shared or redistributed without permission.

5. Attendance Policy

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Absences should be reported to the instructor ahead of time when possible.
  • If more than 2 classes are missed without valid reasons or prior approval from the instructor, it may result in a lower grade or possible dismissal from the course.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Course Cancellation: If the course is canceled by the instructor or course provider, a full refund will be issued to students.
  • Student Cancellation: If a student decides to cancel their enrollment after payment, no refunds will be issued. The course fee is non-refundable unless the course provider cancels the course.

7. Course Completion

  • In order to complete the course successfully, students must:
    • Attend at least 75% of the classes (i.e., no more than 3 absences).
    • Complete all assignments and exams as per the course requirements.
    • Participate in any group projects or activities as outlined by the instructor.
  • Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate of completion or equivalent recognition as deemed by the course provider.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during all classes and online interactions.
  • Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, dishonesty, or inappropriate conduct, may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

  • By enrolling in the course, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of enrollment, communication, and course management. Your data will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials and content provided are protected by copyright laws. Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for their personal educational use only.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is prohibited.

11. Liability

  • The course provider and instructor are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the course or at the venue (if applicable). Students participate at their own risk.

12. Agreement Changes

  • These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes. Continued enrollment or participation in the course constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
