I found my UMich calculator to be very accurate. We had a phase II project with about 5-6k lines of code, but we recycled about 3k lines of code for a 3k remaining or so, and it took 8 weeks 6 developers. This is the COCOMO model calculation for 2 developers. Very accurate.
